The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has officially opened its 2023 Provider and Course Owner Survey. The survey, from Wednesday, 24 May 2023, until midnight Tuesday, 13 June 2023, invites training providers and course owners to share their experiences and views on sector-wide organisational risks.
A Call for Feedback
Training providers and course owners were sent an email invitation from ORIMA Research on Wednesday, 24 May, marking the commencement of this year’s annual survey. This initiative seeks to garner valuable feedback about their experiences with ASQA during the 2022-2023 financial year.
Driving Continuous Improvement
The Provider and Course Owner Survey is an instrumental tool for ASQA, measuring the organisation’s performance. The results of the survey, combined with the findings from ASQA’s own self-assurance process, will be used to inform continuous improvement strategies.
